I live with my wife, Elisabeth and our children.

After University, I started work in high performance settings and I’ve been learning to combine real work with real people in the real world, alongside theory, ever since.  

Over the last 20 years I’ve come to know what it means to work with true high performers: for them and for me.

That’s why I can assure you of absolute discretion and an unwavering focus on your performance improvement.

(You may be asking why I have testimonials from very public figures if I’m so discreet. Fair question. Firstly, it’s because they wanted to help. Secondly – why would you believe me otherwise?).

It is a privilege to work with elite performers, but I don’t blow smoke. I will challenge you as much as I support you. That’s my job.

The tougher you find your challenges the more I will push myself to help you find your solutions. And wherever we take it, for those who want to go further, I’ll work with you to release the performance potential you may have only caught glimpses of to date.

As well as working with you, I work on myself, to experience what it’s like being where you are now.  Plus, I owe it to you to enhance myself in order to enhance you.
